I don’t believe in change for change’s sake. I take frameworks like Prosci, Agile, and Lean and strip away the jargon to make them work for your business blending rigour with pragmatism to deliver results your team can feel and your bottom line can measure.
I’ve built a reputation for cutting through complexity, building trust quickly, and getting teams pulling in the same direction. I won’t sit on the outside telling you what to do. I embed, I execute, and I leave the business in a better shape than I found it.
My Story
I've spent nearly two decades inside growing businesses leading operations, delivering change, and helping founders build companies that don't depend entirely on them to function.

I've been a Scrum Master, a Change Manager, an Agile Coach, and a COO. What ties all of it together is a simple belief: that the gap between a great strategy and a great business is almost always an operational one.

Most recently, I was COO at Intermedia Global one of the Sunday Times Top 100 Fastest-Growing Companies. In two years, we scaled from £2M to £14M, grew the team by over 400%, navigated a management buyout, and built the operational infrastructure to make it all sustainable.

Before that, I led delivery programmes at HMRC, HomeServe, and Capgemini managing complex change in regulated, high-stakes environments where getting it wrong wasn't an option.
I started Doneable because I kept seeing the same story: ambitious founders with brilliant ideas, held back by operations that hadn't kept pace. I wanted to be the person who fixes that without the corporate baggage, the jargon, or the 40-page strategy decks that nobody reads.
